Geocellular Confinement

Geocellular Confinement takes infill materials and produces a stiff base by creating a semi-rigid slab. The system prevents the lateral displacement of infill materials which eliminates rutting and washboarding usually associated with gravel pavements. The system allows for a reduction in overall base thickness, as well as enabling subgrade materials to withstand more than 10 times the number of cyclic load applications, without the appearance of deflection when compared to unconfined aggregates. GCS allows for the use of lower quality infill materials in situations where quality aggregates are not readily available and helps to create pavements on soft soil subgrades. When it comes to load support in porous paving applications, Cell-Tek's LSG SERIES delivers the competitive advantage.

Erosion Control and Slope Protection

Soil erosion is a naturally occurring process on all land. The agents of soil erosion are water and wind, each contributing to a significant amount of soil loss every year. Hurricanes and other severe weather events increase the rate and magnitude of erosion.

SLOPEGRID
cellular confinement system is an economical long-term solution consisting of a giant blanket of 3D connected cells which fortifies the earth to prevent erosion, soil migration, and damaging shifting forces caused by water and wind.

 - Most economical solution on the market
 - Easy to install
 - In stock and AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS INCLUDE:
Embankment Restoration
 • River Banks • Slopes • Beach / Sand Dunes • Green Roofs • Mountain Sides • Channels • Overpasses • Roadside Shoulder Reinforcement • Swales • Ports & Marinas

  2. Not only it causes natural calamaties such as flood and landslides, but also it robs soil of its fertility.
